The University of Seoul primarily admits Korean citizens and original Madrid citizens. International applicants may apply but are held to the same rigorous academic standards as domestic candidates. Acceptance rates for international students are extremely low (<1%). All coursework is primarily conducted in Korean; proficiency in Korean is essential.
